Pay: £13.00 per hour + £1.30 per hour shift allowance
Hours: Monday Thursday 1:30pm10:00pm | Friday 1:30pm7:00pm
Break: 30-minute unpaid break
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
We are currently looking for General Labourers to join our clients busy steel operation.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is reliable, hard-working and looking to build a career within a manufacturing/steel environment.
No previous experience is essential, although experience working in a steel, manufacturing, warehouse or industrial environment would be an advantage.
Duties will include:- General labouring duties within a busy steel environment
- Assisting with the movement and handling of materials
- Supporting the production team with day-to-day tasks
- Keeping the work area clean and tidy
- Following health and safety procedures
- Working as part of a team to meet production requirements
- Carrying out any other general duties as required
- Reliable and good timekeeping
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
- Willing to work in a busy industrial environment
- Good attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to follow instructions
