CNC Programmer Setter

Hourly rate: £18.50 - £20.00 per hour

- Friday (Days)
Due to expansion, Next Generation are currently recruiting for an CNC Programmer
- Turner to work with a leading global manufacturer who produce machined components supplying predominantly into the Aerospace 3industry. As the CNC Programmer
- Turner you will be responsible for programming, setting and operating Fanuc controlled Lathes.
- Turner:
- Setting & Operating CNC lathes using Fanuc controls
- Carrying out offsets & tool changes
- Altering speeds and feeds
- Running multiple lathes at any one time
- Monitoring cycle times
- Basic machine maintenance
- Turners position will have the following experience:
- 3 - 5 years' experience Setting & Operating Lathes (Essential)
- 3 - 5 years' experience within Fanuc or Heidenhain controls (Essential)
- Checking for defects & quality issues (Essential)
- Ability to manage cycle times (Essential)
- Excellent attention to detail (Essential)
