Marketing & Commercial Manager – Multi-Site Retail

Full-time, Monday to Friday. Travel between business locations will be required. Some flexibility may be required depending on business needs.

£35,000–£50,100 per annum, depending on experience and eligibility, based on 37.5 hours per week. Company pension scheme.

The role supports our convenience retail operations across the following locations:

• Askwith Road, Saintbridge, Gloucester, GL4 4PP
• Little Stoke, Bristol, BS34 6JL

We are seeking an experienced Marketing & Commercial Manager to support the marketing and commercial development of our multi-site convenience retail business.

The successful candidate will contribute to marketing and commercial planning across our retail locations, analyse business and market performance, evaluate promotional activities, identify growth opportunities, and provide commercial insights to support business decisions.

• Develop and implement marketing and commercial plans across the business.
• Analyse sales, market and business performance across retail locations.
• Identify commercial and business growth opportunities.
• Plan and evaluate marketing and promotional activities.
• Conduct customer, market and competitor analysis.
• Support pricing, product and promotional strategies.
• Develop customer engagement and growth initiatives.
• Monitor marketing and commercial KPIs.
• Prepare reports and provide commercial recommendations to management.

• Relevant experience in marketing, commercial management or a related field.
• Strong analytical, commercial and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret sales, business and market information.
• Good organisational and planning skills.
• Ability to work across multiple business locations when required.
• Retail or FMCG experience is desirable.
