Fixed Term 18-month contract

National Minimum Wage for Age:

21 and over: 12.84 per hour

18 to 20: 10.96 per hour

Under 18: 8.08 per hour

Are you creative digitally minded and passionate about engaging people through content Do you enjoy storytelling social media and bringing ideas to life through video graphics and written content If so we want to hear from you.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Content Creator Apprentice to join our Customer Experience and Innovation team.

About the Role:

As a Content Creator Apprentice you will support the creation of engaging accessible and user-focused digital content across multiple channels.

What Youll Do:

• Support the creation and updating of web content using Drupal CMS
• Produce engaging social media content (text images video)
• Assist with digital campaigns and communications projects
• Create accessible content using multimedia
• Support video creation using digital and AI tools
• Monitor engagement and performance of content

Learning & Development:

You will complete a nationally recognised Content Creator Level 3 apprenticeship alongside on-the-job training.
