Community Engagement Worker (2‑Year Fixed‑Term Contract)

Citizens Advice Sandwell and Walsall are looking for three Community Engagement Workers to join our team. These roles are available for 16–24 hours per week, typically worked over 3–4 days, with some evening and weekend working required. This exciting opportunity involves raising awareness of gaming and gambling‑related harms and making a real difference across communities in Sandwell and Walsall.

• Deliver engaging prevention and early intervention sessions to young people and adult community groups.
• Build relationships with local organisations.
• Support people to access the right help when needed.

• Confident communicator with personal or professional experience of gaming or gambling‑related harms, or experience supporting someone with lived or living experience.
• Passionate about community engagement, reducing health inequalities, and empowering people through education and support.
• Right to work in the UK (proof of eligibility required before employment begins).
