Permanent Practice Nurse Walsall
£35,000 p/a

Dream Medical is working with a modern GP practice in Walsall that is currently looking for a Full-time Practice Nurse to start ASAP.

The position is permanent and full-time, with duties including:

• Working as part of a team alongside GPs, Nurses, and healthcare assistants
• Knowledge or experience of Chronic Disease Management
• Care of patients presenting with undifferentiated health problems
• Child and adult immunisations
• Cervical Cytology
• Diabetes, Asthma, and COPD monitoring
• Family planning
• Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Up-to-date knowledge of QOF and Enhanced Services
• Current knowledge of clinical updates, immunisations, and vaccinations
