We are looking for a Quality Engineer to join a well-established, AS9100/ISO
9001-accredited manufacturing business. This is a great opportunity for a quality professional who wants a hands-on role covering audits, documentation, and continuous improvement across the business.

• Manage and support the upkeep of the Business Management System (BMS)
• Carry out internal and supplier audits, and support customer/third-party audits
• Write and update processes and procedures
• Create and maintain quality metrics and KPIs
• Produce ISIR/FAIR documentation
• Liaise with customers and suppliers on complaint handling
• Lead problem resolution and root cause analysis activities
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and customer specifications/POs
• Support contract reviews and internal departments on quality matters

• Formal engineering training/qualification
• Strong problem resolution and root cause analysis skills
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Experience with AS9100/ISO
  9001 (audit training desirable)
• Process and procedure writing experience desirableCMM equipment knowledge and Visio software experience desirable
• Strong organisational skills and a self-sufficient, methodical approach
• Confident communicator, comfortable liaising across departments and with customers

• Salary up to £39,000, depending on experience
