The Role As a Junior Sales Negotiator, you will:
Register and qualify prospective buyers Match applicants to suitable properties and arrange viewings Conduct accompanied property viewings Proactively contact applicants regarding new property instructions Generate new valuation opportunities for the branch Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers and prospective clients Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process Develop strong knowledge of the local property market Contribute to the overall growth and success of the branch Junior Sales Negotiator requirements:
Previous estate agency experience Knowledge of the local property market Full UK driving licence Excellent communication and customer service skills Positive, proactive and can-do attitude Confident and professional approach when dealing with buyers and sellers Ambitious and motivated to develop a career within property sales What's on Offer?
