Permanent, Full-Time Reference: WR96721 You'll be responsible for generating new business, carrying out market appraisals and converting valuations into instructions. Building strong relationships with landlords and providing accurate, professional advice will be key, alongside supporting the wider sales team to achieve branch targets and maximise opportunities. What's in it for you (Benefits) Basic salary of £30,000-£35,000 OTE of £50,000-£60,000 Strong local market presence and reputation Excellent career progression opportunities Supportive and professional working environment The Company Independent residential sales and lettings agency Strong presence across South East London Focused on delivering high levels of customer service and local property expertise What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Property Valuer / Lister Conduct accurate residential lettings valuations and market appraisals Win new instructions and maximise conversion from valuation to listing Develop new business through prospecting and local market activity Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and prospective tenants Provide expert advice on pricing, marketing and the local property market Work closely with the sales team to maximise new business and achieve branch targets What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience) Previous experience in residential lettings and valuations Proven track record of winning instructions and generating new business Strong knowledge of the local residential property market Confident and experienced in conducting market appraisals Excellent negotiation and communication skills Professional, well-presented and articulate approach Self-motivated with a strong commercial focus Full UK driving licence required Is this the role for you?
