Complete tasks and activities in line with training, company guidelines and management direction. Follow all workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures. Treat all customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect working as a supportive team member.

Responsibilities
  • As a Crew Member, contribute to delivering hot food in a clean and friendly restaurant and ensure a brilliant customer experience every time.
  • Prepare food, serve on the till, and assist in dining areas as needed.
  • Consistently deliver high standards of quality, service and cleanliness.
  • Provide friendly, fast and accurate service.
  • Complete tasks in line with training, company guidelines and management direction.
  • Follow all workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures.
  • Treat customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect, working as part of a supportive team.
Qualifications / Requirements
  • Friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful behaviour; able to work well as part of a team.
  • Effective communication skills, including attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication and eye contact.
  • Ability to maintain high energy levels while working efficiently and productively.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-moving, high-energy environment with a genuine smile, enthusiasm and ability to connect with customers.
  • To work 3 or more shifts per week with day availability included.
