We're recruiting experienced Chill Operatives to join our team in Willenhall, on a temporary basis.

• Pick milk products accurately using voice-pick technology
• Move, load, and unload trolleys in a chill environment
• Ensure accurate stock rotation in line with MLOR (Minimum Life on Receipt) standards
• Complete routine cleaning and hygiene tasks
• Report any trailer defects or stock issues

• Cold store/chilled warehouse experience preferred
• Reliable with excellent attendance and timekeeping
• Good communication skills (written and verbal) and numeracy
• Able to work independently and within a team
• Motivated, positive, and proactive

• Mon–Fri
  : £12.71 (OT after 40hrs: £19.07)
• Saturday
  : £15.89
• Sunday
  : £19.07
• Bank Holidays
  : £25.42

• Mon–Fri
  : £15.63 (OT after 40hrs: £21.99)
• Saturday
  : £18.81
• Sunday
  : £21.99
• Bank Holidays
  : £28.34

Pay may vary within a shift depending on exact hours worked.
