Hours and Pay

Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £13.28 an hour; this increases to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location. It is our policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, with a minimum of 12 hours for those who wish to work fewer hours. Availability windows are:
Sun 15:00–23:00, Fri 15:00–23:00, Sat 15:00–23:00. Your contracted hours will be scheduled within these times and you will receive three weeks’ notice of the exact shift schedule.

Eligibility

We can only accept candidates over the age of 18 if the role requires working before 6:15 am or after 9:45 pm or involves working in specific areas such as the warehouse, beers, wines and spirits, counters, bakery and driving roles.
