As a Team Leader you will support the Store Manager with the daily operational running of the store and lead by example, motivating and supporting a diverse team to deliver against key targets that drive the success of your store.

• Coach and mentor staff to ensure they are set up for success.
• Motivate the team to achieve and exceed store and team targets.
• Support the Store Manager with rosters, payroll budgets, prevention of stock loss, and store procedures.
• Step in for the Store Manager in their absence, keeping everything running smoothly.
• As a key holder, ensure the store is opened and closed at the correct times.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure your team does the same.
• Participate in incentive programmes and prizes that recognise success.

• Spark to love upskilling and learning about perfume.
• Flexibility with work patterns.
• Previous experience leading a team, or an experienced sales advisor ready for your next step.

• Regular hours with rota at least 4 weeks in advance.
• Commission at Christmas based on store sales and hours worked.
• 30 days holiday (pro rata depending on contract hours).
