We are looking for a reliable and motivated Shop Floor Supervisor to support the smooth day-to-day operation of our retail store.. .

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of retail sales staff..
• Ensure products are correctly displayed, priced, and replenished across all departments..
• Monitor staff performance and provide guidance and training where required..
• Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve customer enquiries and complaints..
• Assist with stock control, merchandising, and promotional activities..
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, food hygiene, health and safety, and retail standards..
• Support management in achieving sales targets and efficient store operations..

• Previous experience in a retail, grocery, wholesale, or supermarket environment..
• Good communication and customer service skills..
• Ability to supervise a team and work effectively in a busy retail setting..
• Organised, dependable, and able to work flexible hours when required.

Experience: Required
Employment: Full-time
Salary: £31,300 – £42,000 yearly
