Acorns Children's Hospice Trust are seeking a Deputy Superstore Manager to support the Shop Manager in leading a team of volunteers, achieving targets and maintaining standards. This 37.5 hour-a-week role is a 6‑month Fixed Term Contract, based in Bescot, near Walsall.
You will drive an engaging shop floor experience, decide on stock quality, pricing and merchandising, and lead volunteers to hit sales targets while supporting the local community and the charity's mission.
