This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales & Customer Experience Specialist based in Brownhills. The role involves managing customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and optimizing the customer journey. Additional responsibilities include facilitating sales, offering tailored service recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also work collaboratively with the team to meet and exceed customer expectations while upholding the company s reputation.
