Residential Sales Progressor — Wolverhampton

Basic salary £26,500 negotiable

Our client is a well-established multi-branch, independent estate agent who is currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Progressor to join their very busy Wolverhampton branch.

• Liaising with all parties to ensure sales are agreed between vendors and purchasers
• Effectively handling queries both over the telephone and in branch
• Carrying out effective sales progression ensuring all parties are kept up to date through the sales process to a swift seamless completion
• Communicating with clients at all levels and delivering first class customer service
• Flexible, always going the extra mile to ensure clients always receive a positive experience
• Remaining compliant following current legislations and company processes at all times
• Always going the extra mile to ensure all tasks are completed to schedule

• First class communication skills at all levels, determination, self-motivation and a commitment to succeed in a challenging fast paced environment
• Ability to effectively manage and prioritise workloads to meet targets and deadlines
• Experience in estate agency sales progression is preferred
• Candidates must have relevant sales progression experience in the estate agency market
