The Role I’m currently recruiting for an Inbound Sales & Customer Service Advisor to join an established specialist supplier based in Brownhills. This is a genuine inbound sales role with no cold calling . You’ll be dealing with trade and retail customers across the UK, helping them identify and order spare parts, tools and technical products across areas including construction equipment, garden machinery and workshop equipment.

The role is varied and involves understanding what the customer needs, identifying the correct product or replacement part, checking availability, preparing quotations and processing orders. Full product and systems training is provided , so you don’t need to have prior knowledge of the products. The key is having good customer service and communication skills, being confident on the phone and having the ability to learn technical information.

Key Responsibilities Handling a high volume of inbound customer calls and emails Helping customers identify the correct products and spare parts Processing orders and preparing quotations Checking stock, pricing and product information Sourcing less common products where required Following up customer enquiries Resolving customer queries and problems Building knowledge of the company's product ranges and brands Working closely with purchasing, warehouse and other internal teams Providing a professional and helpful service throughout the customer journey What They’re Looking For You could come from a customer service, internal sales, telephone sales, trade counter, parts, automotive, engineering, machinery or similar background .

Product knowledge isn't essential as full training is provided, but you will need to be:
