Senior air conditioning installation engineer
West Midlands Package- Up to 45,000pa
- 40 hours
- Door to door travel
- No on call or weekend work
- 23 days holiday + 4 days for Christmas + 8 bank holiday

We are currently recruiting for an experienced senior air conditioning installation engineer to work for a family run facilities management company who are based in the West Midlands and have been established for 22 years. They work with a wide range of clients which include Offices, Schools, Hospitals and Factories.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of commercial and residential HVAC systems.
- Supervise and mentor junior engineers and apprentices on-site.
- Ensure all projects are completed to high safety and quality standards.
- Diagnose complex system faults and implement effective solutions.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and project managers to deliver smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with industry regulations.
- FGAS or NVQ level 2 refrigeration and air con
- Driver's Licence
