The Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced senior air conditioning installation engineer to work for a family run facilities management company who are based in the West Midlands and have been established for 22 years.  They work with a wide range of clients which include Offices, Schools, Hospitals and Factories.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of commercial and residential HVAC systems.
Supervise and mentor junior engineers and apprentices on-site.
Ensure all projects are completed to high safety and quality standards.
Diagnose complex system faults and implement effective solutions.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and project managers to deliver smooth project execution.
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with industry regulations.

Experience:

FGAS or NVQ level 2 refrigeration and air con
Driver's Licence  Package:
 
Basic salary 45,000pa
Door to door travel
No on call
23 days + 4 days for Xmas + 8 Bank holidays
