Package: Up to 45,000pa / 40 hours /door to door travel/ No on call or weekend work /23 days holiday + 4 days for Christmas + 8 bank holiday / Overtime x1.5 - x2/ van and fuel card / tablet / pension

The Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced senior air conditioning installation engineer to work for a family run facilities management company who are based in the West Midlands and have been established for 22 years. They work with a wide range of clients which include Offices, Schools, Hospitals and Factories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of commercial and residential HVAC systems.
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers and apprentices on-site.
• Ensure all projects are completed to high safety and quality standards.
• Diagnose complex system faults and implement effective solutions.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and project managers to deliver smooth project execution.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with industry regulations.
• Meeting clients - Customer facing position

Essential Qualifications / Experience:

• FGAS or NVQ level 2 refrigeration and air con
• Driver's Licence

• Basic salary 45,000pa
