We are seeking a qualified and experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join our reactive maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing commercial gas systems across a variety of sites, ensuring safe and compliant operation at all times.

• Attend reactive breakdowns and carry out fault diagnosis and repairs on commercial gas appliances and systems.
• Perform scheduled planned preventive maintenance (PPM) tasks on commercial gas equipment.
• Install and commission new commercial gas plant and pipework when required.
• Ensure all work is completed to current Gas Safe and industry standards.
• Complete all relevant compliance documentation and job reports using handheld devices or paperwork.
• Participate in out-of-hours call‑out rota and occasional weekend work as required.
• Liaise with clients and site staff in a professional and courteous manner.
• Ensure compliance with company H&S policies and RAMS.

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar commercial gas engineering role.
• Valid Commercial Gas Qualifications (ACS):
• COCN1
• CCN1
• CIGA1
• CDGA1
• TPCP1 / TPCP1A
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Sound knowledge of current regulations and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.

• Additional qualifications in LPG, Catering Gas, or Domestic Gas.
• Experience working in data centres, hospitals, schools, or other high‑risk commercial environments.
• Awareness of basic building services systems (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, BMS).
