What you will do:

• Lead and manage the Youth Offending Team to ensure high-quality service delivery and positive outcomes for young people.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including families, legal partners, and educational authorities, to develop robust support plans.
• Oversee the assessment of young people referred to the team, ensuring effective intervention strategies are in place.
