Walsall Council is seeking a Housing & Welfare Support Officer to engage with rough sleepers and assist their transition to accommodation. The role involves conducting outreach and managing individual support plans while collaborating with partner services.
Candidates should have experience with rough sleepers, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a personal caseload. The position includes a fixed term contract until 31/03/2029, working 37 hours a week, with a salary range of £31,537 - £34,434.
