Salary: G10: £47,181 - £50,269 per annum.

Lead a Specialist Occupational Therapy Team as an Advanced Practitioner and shape high‑quality occupational therapy practice within a dynamic, complex service. The role supports disabled children, young people in transition and adults with learning disabilities or mental health needs, delivering essential equipment and adaptations to enable independent living.

• Lead the day‑to‑day practice of Occupational Therapists within the complex team, providing clear direction, support and guidance.
• Allocate and prioritise work to ensure effective caseload management.
• Deliver reflective supervision, mentoring and professional development.
• Support newly qualified staff to build confidence and capability.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and quality assurance.

• Significant post‑qualification experience, including complex needs.
• Experience of supervising or supporting staff, students or apprentices.
• Confidence in decision‑making and leading practice.
• A commitment to developing others and improving outcomes.
• A collaborative and supportive leadership style.
