What you will do

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of children and families to determine their needs and intervention plans.
  • Respond promptly to duty calls and manage cases in alignment with best practice standards.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure cohesive service delivery.
  • Ensure effective recording and case management, maintaining accurate data and consistent updates.
  • Support and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and mutual support.
  • Attend and contribute to team meetings, enhancing overall team performance and morale.
