What you will do:
  • Work collaboratively with a dedicated safeguarding team to assess, intervene, and protect individuals and families at risk.
  • Develop and implement care plans that address the unique needs of each client, ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
  • Supervise and support junior social workers, providing guidance and insight as they advance in their careers.
  • Engage with external partners and agencies to deliver comprehensive and coordinated support for those in need.
  • Stay informed on current legislation and best practices in social work to ensure the highest standard of care.
What you will need:
  • A degree or equivalent qualification in social work, complemented by substantial frontline experience within UK Social Services.
  • Current registration with Social Work England, reflecting your dedication to maintaining professional standards and competencies.
  • A thorough understanding of safeguarding procedures, enhanced by your experience as a qualified social worker in the UK.
