Senior Practitioner - Children in Care

Our client Walsall Council is looking for a Senior Practitioner to join their Children in Care team.

• Specialised clinical supervision to support reflective practice

As a Social Worker within our Children in Care service, you will:

• Hold and manage a caseload of children and young people
• Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and carers
• Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team
• Contribute to care planning, permanency planning, and reunification work
• Apply restorative and relationship-based practice principles
• Ensure high-quality, timely assessments and interventions
