As a Community Safety Advisor, youll play a vital role in tackling anti-social behaviour, supporting victims and working with customers, colleagues and partner agencies to resolve complex situations that make a real difference to peoples lives.

This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. One day you could be supporting a vulnerable customer experiencing persistent anti-social behaviour, the next you could be working alongside the Police and partner agencies, preparing evidence for court or helping neighbours resolve long-standing disputes through restorative approaches.
