Are you an experienced Class 1 Container Driver looking for steady, straightforward work with reliable hours? We have immediate, ongoing opportunities available in Aldridge for a professional Class 1 Container Driver.

This is a full-time Class 1 Container Driver role focused on container movements between depots and ports. You’ll be working within a well-organised transport operation, offering consistent work and competitive hourly pay.

Key Responsibilities

* Safely operate a Class 1 (C+E) vehicle carrying containers

* Complete container collections and deliveries in a timely, professional manner

* Carry out daily vehicle and container checks

* Ensure all paperwork and digital records are completed accurately

* Comply with driver hours, WTD, and road safety regulations

* Communicate effectively with the transport team to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

* Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) licence

* Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card

* Proven container driving experience (essential)

* Good understanding of container operations and port procedures

* Maximum of 6 penalty points (no DD, DR, IN, TT, or CD endorsements)

* Reliable, professional, and safety-focused

* Willing to complete an induction or driving assessment if required
