Position Details

• Job Title: Cleaning Operative
• Pay: £13.45
• Contract: Permanent
• Type: Part Time
• Hours: 2 hours per week
• Location: Network Rail, Station Yard, Off Eastcliffe Road, Par, Cornwall, England, PL24 2LT

• Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order, meeting all agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area, the cleaning schedule, and of all cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises.
• Follow Health & Safety requirements.
• Undertake all training required to deliver the cleaning role.
• Work within a team and can work under own initiative.
• Build positive and productive relationships with all customers, deliver excellent customer service and seek ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.

• Ability to communicate and read basic English.
• Previous cleaning experience desirable but not essential.
• Flexible approach to the role.
• Open, honest, self‑driven and determined.
• Reliable, hardworking with a professional attitude.
