People Solutions are currently recruiting for a 3.5 Tonne Driver to join our well-established client based in Aldridge
.

You must have a Category BE Licence for the role.

This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, ongoing work, and genuine opportunities for progression.

This role would suit applicants who have previously worked as a Van Driver
, Delivery Driver or Courier Driver
.

• Wednesday to Sunday
• 07:30 - 16:00 (flexibility required during peak periods)

• £12.71 per hour

• Carrying out site deliveries
• Loading and unloading boxes and packages
• Loading the vehicle for the following day's routes
• Ensuring all loads are safe and secure
• Completing vehicle inspections and reporting faults
• Operating Category BE vehicle safely and efficiently
• Maintaining accurate delivery records and paperwork
• Communicating effectively with staff at delivery locations
• Adhering to all regulations while transporting goods

• Previous trailer towing experience (preferred)
• A valid UK Category BE Driving Licence held for at least two years (some points considered)
• Strong knowledge of vehicle operation and driving regulations
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to identify and report vehicle safety issues
• Good understanding of road networks and navigation tools
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and use your own initiative

• Previous experience driving commercial vehicles and towing trailers

• Industry-specific training provided
