Colas Roads UK is seeking Winter Maintenance Drivers for the Midlands Area 9 contract. This zero-hour PAYE seasonal role runs from 1 October 2026 to 1 May 2027, requiring a full UK driving licence (HGV Class
2) and CPC.
You will operate a winter maintenance gritting vehicle, stay on call during the season, follow supervisor instructions, and complete vehicle checks, fuel, wash, and record keeping.
