Pay: £26,437 per annum (depending of the experience)
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00
Looking for a role that keeps you active, engaged, and part of a team that gets things done? We’re currently recruiting a motivated FLT Counterbalance Driver/Warehouse Operative to join a fast‑paced food distribution operation.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a busy environment, and takes pride in safe and efficient work.
Key Responsibilities
Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently
Loading and unloading deliveries
Moving stock across the warehouse and production areas
Supporting general warehouse duties when required
Ensuring compliance with health & safety procedures
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of work areas
What We’re Looking For
A valid FLT licence — in‑house certificates are accepted
Someone comfortable with manual handling
A reliable, proactive team player with a strong work ethic
