Warehouse Operative

Staffline is recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to work for one of the world's biggest fashion retailers.

The rate of pay starts from £13.87 per hour.

Overtime is available and is paid at £24.47 per hour.

This is a full-time role working rotating shifts, any 4 days out of 7, and the hours of work are:
- 6am to 3pm
- 3pm to midnight

Your Time at Work

As a Warehouse Operative at this site, you will work with items of clothing, shoes and general store brought items. Preparing them for distribution nationwide.

You will select items to fulfil store orders, and you will help move stock around the warehouse.
Warehouse Operatives also assess the quality of the clothing and work to maintain the high standards of health and safety at the site.

Your duties will include:
- Tagging and ticketing clothing
- Fast paced order picking
- Processing stock for distribution
- Loading/ Unloading may be involved

Manual handling, walking and standing for long periods is involved in this role.

Applicants will need basic maths and English skills.

Experience as a Production Operative, Warehouse or Factory Operative is desirable but not necessary as full training will be provided.
