Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking a skilled finance professional to join our Accounts Payable team. In this role, you will process, validate, and track invoices to ensure accurate and timely payments, while working closely with vendors and internal partners to resolve past‑due invoices and reconcile monthly statements. This position plays a key role in maintaining smooth financial operations and strong vendor relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Validate invoices, credit memos, and payment requests for proper documentation.
  • Enter and upload invoices into the accounting system.
  • Flag and resolve unusual or questionable invoices.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, internal requestors, procurement, and receiving teams to resolve outstanding transactions and payment issues.
Required

Skills & Qualifications
  • High school diploma (required)
  • 1+ years of Accounts Payable or related experience
  • Understanding of basic finance, accounting, and bookkeeping principles
  • Strong time management and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and vendor information
  • SAP experience is a plus
