- Deliver key sales actions: adding items, removing contract exclusions, fostering stronger engagement.
- Monitor and improve contract competitiveness.
- Develop and collaborate on strategies to increase contract utilization rates.
- Spot cross‑sell opportunities across all Buyers Edge Platform companies and maximize every touchpoint with manufacturers to drive new revenue streams.
- Plan and lead strategic planning sessions and business reviews like a boss (in‑person and virtual).

- Monitor KPIs, track results, and always know how we’re performing — and how we can improve.
- Take ownership of onboarding new manufacturer contracts.
- Become a power user of Salesforce, Tableau Dashboards, and Microsoft Teams to keep projects moving and stakeholders informed.
- Support broader team initiatives and roll up your sleeves for whatever else is needed to help the team win.
- 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, culinary, or related field preferred.
- Culinary or operations background a huge plus.
- Understanding of the food service industry and data‑driven marketing principles.
- Negotiation and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 — especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Sharp attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem‑solving ability.
- Ability to understand and interpret data — and turn insights into action.
- Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple projects, and work both independently and on a team.
- Occasional travel (30%) for partner visits and trade shows.
- A creative, agile mindset — you challenge ideas and always seek better ways.
- Strategic thinking + flawless execution.
- Relationship‑building skills that open doors and build trust.
- A get‑it‑done attitude, even when things get messy.
- You live our company values — and you can tell us how.
- You don’t wait to be told — you take initiative, own your work, and drive outcomes.
- You bring solutions, not just problems — and you challenge ideas (even your own).
- You’re high‑energy, highly collaborative, and you show up for your team.
- You show respect for others — teammates, partners, everyone.
- You have strong communication skills: clear, direct, professional, and responsive.
- You can manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines without dropping the ball.
- You’re savvy with AI tools and modern tech — always finding ways to work smarter, not harder.
- You understand that data isn’t just a report — it’s the engine behind every smart move.
- You think for yourself and act in the best interest of the team, not just your own tasks.
- You are accountable for your work and actions.
- You love winning — but you love winning together even more.
- Great benefits from day one: medical, dental, vision, FSA, company‑paid life insurance, and more — plus a 401(k) with company match.
- Grow with us. Enjoy strong training, development, and competitive pay.
- Work‑life balance. Our flexible PTO policy lets you take time when you need it—no accrual required.
