Role:
Director, Global Market Access at a biopharma focused on oncology therapeutics, responsible for developing and executing global market access strategies to facilitate patient access to innovative cancer therapies, including a lead asset targeting KIT exon 17 mutations in Systemic Mastocytosis and GIST.

• formulate market access strategies across the product lifecycle
• identify access opportunities and barriers in US and international markets
• integrate payer and HTA considerations into broader development and commercialization plans
• lead evidence and HEOR initiatives to support value propositions
• develop pricing and reimbursement strategies
• contribute to launch readiness efforts

• Bachelor's degree (advanced degrees like MBA, MPH, PharmD preferred)
• 8+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech market access, pricing, reimbursement, or HEOR
• demonstrated experience in oncology or complex therapeutic areas, supporting product development and launches
