Focusing on coordinating and planning early-stage drug development programs.
Responsibilities- support cross-functional program planning, maintain integrated timelines, communicate progress, identify risks and dependencies, prepare status updates and dashboards, and facilitate team meetings to ensure timely milestone achievement.
- BA/BS in life sciences with 10+ years in pharmaceutical/drug development project management; strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies; proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and collaboration platforms; experience managing research and development budgets; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence in a matrixed organization; travel up to 10%.

- based in Waltham, MA, with a 3-day in-office requirement per week.
