We’re looking for a seasoned project manager with deep expertise in electrical systems and utility infrastructure to join our dynamic PMO team as lead or senior Project Manager, driving design, implementation and modernization of critical electrical projects across transmission, distribution, substation, and underground systems.

• Lead large-scale utility projects including grid modernization and infrastructure upgrades.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets and resource allocations.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction and regulatory teams.
• Monitor KPIs, mitigate risks and report progress to senior leadership.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 15–20 years of experience with large, complex utility projects, electrical system design, installation and/or maintenance type projects (10–15 for senior level).
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Proven success delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel and work onsite as needed.

• This position pays between $120,000 and $160,000 annually and is an exempt position.
