Senior Project Manager – Land Development
Location: Waltham, MA Salary: $85,000.00 – $
OverviewKimley-Horn has an opportunity for a motivated Senior Project Manager to expand our Land Development practice in Waltham, MA!
Responsibilities- Lead a Land Development team while building and managing relationships with key clients
- Operate with integrity and sound business principles
- Provide vision, business planning, and strategy
- Establish goals
- Build and maintain positive client relationships
- Communicate openly with partners and team
- Grow and lead a land development practice
- Manage projects profitably, transition work to qualified staff, grow and mentor staff, act as a positive leader and mentor
- Exercise autonomy to lead, direct, and grow business
- Potential to advance to ownership with an impressive bonus program
- 12+ years of relevant experience managing land development projects
- Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) license
- Extensive client contacts and relationships with local architects, developers, land use attorneys, planners and/or land owners
- Strong technical skills with AutoCAD Civil3D
- Business development and marketing experience including writing proposals, scopes of work, and budgeting for projected work
- Ability to effectively communicate positively at all levels of the organization
- Ability to manage & mentor staff, and direct resources effectively in a positive manner
- Demonstrated ability to manage land development projects profitably
