Principal Financial Analyst – Global Income Statement
The Corporate FP&A team at Revvity is seeking a Principal Financial Analyst – Global Income Statement to join our dynamic, global organization. This high‑impact role provides comprehensive oversight of the company’s income statement and plays a key part in delivering actionable insights to senior leadership on overall business performance. The Principal Financial Analyst will partner with the Director of FP&A to advance strategic corporate initiatives and lead efforts to enhance processes and systems within the FP&A function.
This is a hybrid opportunity (Tuesday – Thursday) based at our corporate headquarters in Waltham, MA.
- Support the development and execution of the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Conduct detailed financial analyses to provide insights that support management decision‑making and business performance improvement.
- Contribute to the implementation and optimization of financial systems aimed at enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and clarity in financial results and forecasts.
- Provide critical support to Investor Relations in the preparation of quarterly earnings materials.
- Partner with business units to gather data, develop financial plans, and ensure consistency with corporate objectives.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including variance and trend analyses, to highlight key drivers of performance.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance FP&A processes through automation, analytical tools, and artificial intelligence.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Support the FP&A Director, CFO, and broader finance team with ad‑hoc analyses and special projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, accounting or finance.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate finance OR a minimum of 5 years’ experience in corporate finance at a multi‑matrix global company.
- Highly motivated, detail oriented, and accountable team player with a desire to learn, operate efficiently, and deliver results in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills. Partners and collaborates effectively with multiple global functions, and comfortable presenting to senior management.
- Advanced level of experience using Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint. Experience using Excel macros, Power BI and/or similar data analysis/visualization tools a plus.
- Experience with SAP, Hyperion Essbase, Workday and/or similar systems a plus.
- Experience working in a matrixed, multi‑currency, and international company a plus.
- Experiences in Life Science, Diagnostics, or similar industries a plus.
- Master’s degree in Business Management, Accounting or Finance a plus.
The base salary range for this full‑time position is $–$. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this position.
