Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist

Location (city, state):Waltham, MA

Compensation: $35/hr

Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

• Apply cash receipts and manage high-volume collections, processing a large number of invoices each month.
• Manage a broad range of invoice values, from low-dollar balances to high-value accounts.
• Monitor and analyze accounts receivable aging reports using Net Suite and Salesforce.
• Collaborate with finance leadership to assess and communicate customer account statuses.
• Complete and submit vendor forms and related documentation as needed.

• Required:
  
  Proficiency with Net Suite for accounts receivable functions.
• Preferred:
  
  Experience with Salesforce and a background in the software or SaaS industry.
• Strong collections experience, including phone outreach and email follow-ups.
• Hands-on experience with cash applications and aging report analysis.
• Ability to work independently in a flexible, hybrid work environment with limited onsite presence.
