—a leading provider of Early Intervention, Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), Behavioral Health, and Mental Health Outpatient services across Massachusetts and Connecticut.

We seek a dedicated Behavioral Technician to implement behavior management programs for individuals served, ensuring consistent application of treatment plans and meticulous data collection.

• Establish and maintain a therapeutic relationship by building rapport with the person served.
• Follow treatment‑plan goals and interventions, using sound judgment and seeking appropriate consultation.
• Collaborate with families and treatment‑team members to deliver behavior‑management techniques effectively without disrupting the environment.
• Educate parents/guardians on reinforcement and intervention strategies as requested.
• Promote safe and socially acceptable replacement behaviors, building a repertoire of communication, social interaction, and problem‑solving skills.
• Review progress objectively using behavior analytic methods, identify barriers, and recommend solutions to supervisors and behavior analysts.
• Accurately collect behavior data (A‑B‑C, count, frequency, duration, latency, inter‑response time, event, and interval recording).
• Ensure documentation—both staff and person served—is complete, timely, and accurate.
• Complete incident reports as required by agency policy.
• Review daily updates for each person served (new programs, access‑level changes, scheduled sessions), implement programs, and train staff on implementation.
• Ensure proper implementation and retraining, communicating routinely with staff.
• Schedule and prepare leisure activities to keep persons engaged when therapy is not in session.
• Attend clinical meetings (access review, clinical team, progress conferences, etc.).
• Provide up‑to‑date residential status of participants, identify problem areas, and follow through with solutions per clinical‑team recommendations.

• High School Diploma.
• Preferred experience in a related field.
• RBT Credential preferred.
• Current CPR/First Aid Certification.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to establish trust and rapport quickly.
• Good listening skills with the ability to empathize while providing guidance.

• Hourly rate: $20.00–$25.30 (based on experience).
• New hire bonus: $3,000.
