- Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
- Monitor and report changes in clients’ health and well‑being.
- Follow individualized care plans to ensure client safety and comfort.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and transportation as needed.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid/verifiable Home Health Aide Certificate from a reputable educational program.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Licensed driver with insured and reliable automobile; proof of insurance.
- Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing high‑quality care.
- Preferred:
One year of documented caregiver or home‑care assistance experience. - Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest X‑ray.
- Adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; effective communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and support clients’ mobility as required.

Location:
Concord/Lexington, Waltham and surrounding areas. Salary: $19–$21 per hour, depending on shift and assignment.
