• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and engage clients in meaningful activities.
• Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Monitor and report changes in clients’ health and well‑being.
• Follow individualized care plans to ensure client safety and comfort.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and transportation as needed.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid/verifiable Home Health Aide Certificate from a reputable educational program.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Licensed driver with insured and reliable automobile; proof of insurance.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing high‑quality care.
• Preferred:
  One year of documented caregiver or home‑care assistance experience.
• Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest X‑ray.
• Adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; effective communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and support clients’ mobility as required.

Location:

Concord/Lexington, Waltham and surrounding areas. Salary: $19–$21 per hour, depending on shift and assignment.
