Home Health Aide (HHA) / Caregiver – Bright Star Care, Concord / Lexington-Waltham, MA
Salary: $19.00 - $21.50 per hour, depending on shift and assignment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Per diem

- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide companionship, emotional support, and engage clients in meaningful activities.
- Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
- Monitor and report changes in clients’ health and well‑being.
- Follow individualized care plans to ensure client safety and comfort.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and transportation as needed.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid Home Health Aide certificate from a reputable program.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Licensed driver with insured automobile and proof of insurance.
- Compassionate, dependable, committed to high‑quality care.
- Preferred: at least 1 year of documented caregiver/home‑care experience.
- Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest X‑ray.
- Adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; effective communication skills.
- Physical ability to support, push, pull, bend, lift, kneel; lift up to 50 lbs.
