Job Description
Devoted Health is seeking an entry‑level Provider Network Services Coordinator to support provider network contracting. The selected candidate will learn from experienced professionals while assisting in day‑to‑day functions and establishing a career path within the organization.
Responsibilities- Identify and outreach to providers by phone or in person to educate on Devoted Health and initiate the contract process.
- Follow contracting guidelines and processes established by the team.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams on contracting roadblocks, issues, and concerns.
- Field all calls from providers requesting network access.
- Respond to all emails from providers requesting network access.
- Support Network Field Leads in obtaining signatures and counter‑signatures on contracts and amendments.
- Coordinate with Network Operations to review necessary worksheets, documents, and other support materials for Network Development.
- Provide overall support to Network Development and Value‑Based Contracting Leadership as required.
- Solid ability to navigate Google or the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Healthcare or health‑insurance experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to articulate telephonically and in writing.
- Attention to detail and strong organization.
- Published proficiency in using multiple systems.
Salary range: $60,000 – $70,000 per year. Total rewards include employer‑sponsored health, dental, and vision plans; generous paid time off; $100 monthly mobile or internet stipend; stock options for all employees; bonus eligibility for all roles (excluding Director and above); commission eligibility for sales roles; parental leave program; 401(k) program; and other benefits.
