The In Home Behavioral Therapist (IHBS) provides structured, consistent, strength‑based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral needs. IHBS Therapists support caregivers to better understand their children’s needs by exploring patterns of behavior and improving communication.

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or related CBHI approved degree program
• Minimum 1 year of experience with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting (highly desirable)
• Experience with children diagnosed with behavioral‑emotional disorders (preferred)
• Experience with children on the autism spectrum (desirable)
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle

• Option of a traditional 5‑day or 4‑day work week. Work four 10‑hour shifts (Mon‑Thu or Tue‑Fri)

• Full‑time salary: $64,000 – $72,000 plus incentive rate $60/hour over productivity
• Fee for service rate: $50 – $70 per hour
