Are you an experienced Customer Service Representative looking for a new opportunity with a prestigious healthcare company? Do you want the chance to advance your career by joining a rapidly growing company? If you answered “yes” to any of these questions – this is the position for you!
Daily Responsibilities- Primary job function is answering inbound calls
- Provider inquiries regarding eligibility, benefits and claims for their Ambetter insurance
- Various off phone projects
- Responding to email inquiries and secured portal messages
- Investigating claim issues and following up with billing offices
- Requesting EOBs
- Start Date:
11/10 with 3 weeks of Call Center training
- Competitive salary, negotiable based on relevant experience ($15-$16/hr.)

- Healthcare experience required
- Experience with providers, medical billing, or claims
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Reliable transportation (must have their own car)
- Go-getter mentality (flexibility, ability to think outside the box)
- PREFER candidates with commercial insurance experience
