Community Rehab Care Inc in Waltham, MA is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our CARF-accredited Outpatient Brain Injury Rehabilitation program. This position offers full-time or part-time schedules to address cognitive/linguistic, physical, functional, and behavioral recovery to help clients transition home and back into the community.
You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team to provide evaluations, treatments, and discharge planning, while documenting per HIPAA standards.
